The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the Class 10 board exam results for 2025. With a pass percentage of 93.66%, this year sees a marginal rise from last year’s 93.60%. Students can now check their results on the official websites — cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in, and umang.gov.in.
Over 24.12 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 exams conducted between February 15 and March 18, 2025, across 84 subjects. Girls have once again outperformed boys with a pass rate of 95%, compared to 92.63% for boys. Trivandrum and Vijayawada emerged as top-performing regions, both crossing 99.7% pass rate.
Students can access digital mark sheets through DigiLocker, the UMANG app, and the IVRS system. CBSE has also revised its grievance redressal mechanism and introduced a six-digit access code system for DigiLocker account activation.
Additionally, the board has activated three result download links on www.cbseresults.nic.in. Students should use their roll number, school number, date of birth, and admit card number to log in and view their results. Original mark sheets will be issued separately by the board.
In 2024, 2.23 crore students appeared for the Class 10 exams, with 20.9 lakh passing. Over 1.99 lakh students in 2025 have scored 90% and above, and 45,516 students secured more than 95% marks.
The board will soon announce the schedule for supplementary exams. Students seeking mark verification or improvement may apply online by paying the requisite fee.
